To whom it may concern:

I am an engineer, designer, and manufacturer of highest quality military equipment ever built. My products have become the standard issue for the United States and countries abroad. But my most treasured achievement was becoming a home owner of a Romani Construction Built Home.

I owned an older home in Granada Hills on top of a hill with almost 60 yards of unobstructed view of the San Fernando Valley. Though I’m not a general contractor, I do have a general understanding on how to build of home and enjoy the custom designing and building process.

So that’s what I attempted to do – but after fighting with the city of Los Angeles for a couple years in trying to rebuild my dream house, I was getting
frustrated. Nevertheless, I kept fighting because I knew only I could built my personalized home with so much attention to detail and not cutting corners or compromising materials like most builders tend to do.

Then, as I was looking for a condo for my daughter in Pasadena and surrounding areas, I saw a photo of my next home. I had to get a closer look at this house built by this Romani Construction Company. Like an eager child on Christmas morning, I drove up the mountain and parked in front of this masterpiece. I hopped the fence and marveled at this creation I would not have been able to build myself.

So what did I do? I grabbed all my permit forms “some denied” and drove to the planning department in Van Nuys and told the inspector to take these permits and shove it, I am buying my dream home.

So the moral to the story is, you don’t pass up the opportunity to have a Romani Construction built home.

It would be my pleasure to answer any further questions with regards to lovely home I purchased about 4 1/2 years ago of which I have not had any problems whatsoever.

Sincerely,

Mr. Ed Perez
